Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
property division
I have made a property with my own earnings when my parents are alive.we are 3 brothers and 2 sisters, all married. now my parents are no more. can my brothers and sisters claim share in my property which i made when we were in a joint family? ours is a Hindu family.

No. Your self aquired property belongs to you exclusively.

if the property is self acquired they it belongs exclusively to you and no one can claim it
