i have 2 elder brothers and 4 elder sisters. of which both elder brothers and one elder sister is my father's first wife's children.My father married to my mom after his first wife died early when their three childrns i.e my two elder bros and one elder sis were young.

now both my parents also died 3 years back.all my siblings are married and well settled. iam also working in a comp.we have on plot and one house built by my father. but there is no will for this property. my eldest brother had made the plot on his name to sell and give the money which we borrowed from others for my parents' treatment.but still the plot is not being sold as it has some issues. the house is on my mother's name and she wanted to give it to me.Now i want to take over the house and i dont think my brothers will let me do so. Both my brothers have their own house built with their own earnings. even my sisters want me to take the house as my mother wanted to give it to me.

i want to know who is having more rights among we three brothers on the house which is still on my mom's name.my mom died 4 months aftr my dad.and she also had not made any will.please answer this query at the earliest.
