I have a property related question and i wanted help from you. let me start from the scratch. i with my 2 brothers own a property jointly. recently my one brother expired. now i want to bring his wife or his son (who is an adult) in that property. now sir the help that i want from you is that kindly guide me the procedures in how i can do it in the cheapest way???

If you and your three brother own property jointly and if one of your brother die, then automatically, share of your brother gets devolved to his wife and childrens. Only thing you have to do is get the name of their wife and childer enter in to property register, and get removed the name of your brother who had died. This can be done by filing application before the authorities. Such application would not cost you much. You need to appoint local advocate for this.
