my meternal g/father had some anccestrol agricultural land in haryana my mother died on 04.01.2004 and my meternal g/father died on 01.09.2002.before death my metenal g/father made a will to tranfer all his propety in the name of his son' son. i am 45 years old can i claim a share in the land

You have to prove that the land was ancestral one and the grandfather had no right to dispose off it by will.
