Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
we have one property 180 sq.yard, out of that one partner having 140 and second 40 they property purchase paper only one now 1 partner give his building to builder to make without informing second partner so second partner have rights to take stay on his construction.

If the construction is purely on the 140 sq. yards belonging to the other partner, you cannot initiate any action.

Depends on actual facts - one needs to see the documents as well as the action initiated by the partner. You may be able to obtain a stay.
