Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
My question is pertaining to the patent law.
Can you share the reference when the transitions (e.e Comprising, consistin, containing....) were defined/interpreted in the law for the first time....as the dictionary meanings of these does not diffrentiate among them significantly...
