question about property

i bought a propert from bank.after possesion i found that some other bank is claiming in this property.actully previous owner has mortage his property with some other bank by false paper

this will not be a big problem and stay in the possession of the property. in any case dont give possession to anybody.

even if u lose possession its not a big thing as you will get ur money or property but if you stayed in possession then u will have good case.
