Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
my question is regarding property. my mom have three elder broders and one younger sister. my mom's first two elder brothers made a forgery document and sold the land of their dad, that is my grandfather's land. so my mom filed a case against them. now after so many problems that land was acquired by my mom's sister's husband. now all are cheating and not giving any money to my mom. plz give me a solution to ask them legally...

you may have to file a complaint for forgery and fraud and also seek partition of the property.
