Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
do i have a right to sale a home?
I was living with my family from 1965 in my present resedential house,this land is actually in the name of other person who given me to live with my family,but now he sold that all property to toher person, and i have not any plot or residence, so what can I do?
shall i stay there permanently?

You may have no right to live in someone' property permanently. However, you may negotiate with the vendee for permission to stay on mutually agreeable terms.
