Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hello sir
My father- in- law does't want to write a will as he thinks it costs more than a lakh but he said whatever left after giving to the daughters the remaining would be yours. He has two daughters and my husband is the only son. I am worried that they create conflicts later when buying or selling the left over protperty which my father-in-law promised to give. I want it to be done legally so plzzz suggest how much it costs to write a will legally?

For drafting a Will, it does not cost, what your father-in-law believes.
In the absence of a Will, all legal heirs share equally.
