Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hi Sir,
I am planning to purchase a land in Bangalore to mysore highway road and is opposite to Eagleton golf park and the land is a panchayat land.They said they have all papers like DC,EC,kaatha conversion and all other docs with them,Please help me how to proceed with this and also how to make sure the papers given by them are true ones.

Before purchasing Panchayti land one has to see all the revenue records, Jamabandi, Ask Sizra, Mutation etc. The same can only be confirmed by a legal person who has sufficient knowledge of all the documents. If you want you can contact us.
