Source code of software
I am a freelance software developer . I have developed a software for a company and implemented it on their computers. Now they are asking for the source code. Am I bound to hand over the source code ?

Should depend upon your contract. You may be required to deliver to your clients whatever was agreed upon and complete the transaction; failure may have adverse consequences.
