Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I am staying in a house which is in the name of my father he left house.15 yrs back and I.am.paying maintainence for past 15 yrs .so can they forcefully remove us from this house if its not in our name.or is it my house as I am his son and also paying maintainence

who is forcing you to remove from the house? in case the house was in our father's name and there are no whereabouts of your father since more than 15 years, you can go for succession/partition of the house along with other legal heirs.
