Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

Hi,

I am a student of S.Y.B.Com., and have no direct relation with programming or making computer software.

Due to my little interest in programming, I have created a software (having disk cleanup, startup manager, Windows customization, and other features), which I would like to legally copyright and then sell online. But, the problem is that, I don't know how to do that. Can you help me?

I have already searched the internet including www.copyright.gov.in for the information about copyrighting a computer software. I got the address (4th Floor, Jeevan Deep Building, Parliament Street, New Delhi - 110001, India) of Indian Copyright Office; and also read that, I'll require providing a printed copy of the Source Code.

The problem is that, I don't know other things that I would require sumbmitting, and don't have an idea about the copyright fee. Can you tell me, please?

And, by copyrighting my software only with Indian Copyright Act, will require me re-copyright it with the US Copyright Act to sell worldwide using the internet?
