Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Supposing that A and B are two fictional countries, and a company of country A has been issued a patent for a device it manufactures,the other country B gets the device installed by another company in country B and waives off the copyright of the device.under articles of international and intellectual property law can be filed on country B by country A and by raising what contention?

there can not be copy right for a device
