Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I want to transfer my share of property on my son's name. I don't want to make a will. How can I transfer my property & what fees will I have to pay ?? Do I need to get it registered ??

You can gift the share to your son. Make a gift deed and register it. Stamp duty and Registration Charges will be advised by a local lawyer.
