Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

vocational / job oriented courses

we are conducting short term job oriented courses , recently some institute has send us a letter that our courses infringes their intellectual property rights . On inquiry it was found that tilte of our courses are same but course contents and duration is different .

can we continue our courses as everything is different except title of course which is same as that of other institute . pls guide .

Yes, you may continue. The title may be same like English or Math will remain English or Math only. Even the contents may be same. The name of the Institute should not be infringed.
