i want to built up my own website of music gallery. i just copy songs from their original disk & change their tag information & give to people in free of cost for downloading. is it legal or illegal?
if illegal, then tell me the legal way by which way i can use songs in my site.

It is highly illegal.
Either get music without copyright, or get permission to publish.
