differences in law systems of two countries
Dear sir,
I, a student current studying in INDIA, who wants to study law in Canada would like ta ask you that How different is the Canadian Law(s)system from The Indian law(s)system ? Also how similar are they ? Actually I want to study law in Canada and then return back to India to practise law later on. So I wanted to know how different or how similar they are..

If you wish to study law in Canada, you may go ahead , provided all the formalities regarding the admission and all are comleted. So far as the two systems are concerned the same are entirely diffrent. You will have to qualify a fersh i India , if you wish to practice here. You can not , just on the basis of Canadian legal degree.
