Extradition treaty of aseptember 14th 1999 between the US and India the Delhi Court ordered extradition of Anderson from US to India on 23-3-2011-CBI got the permission for extradication.
Is there any such extradition treaty between India and Australia?
AN Indian oigion citizen living in Sydney got NBW orders from the megistrate court in AP
Can this person be extradited from Sydney to India by the Indian Police to produce before the megistrate court. He was charged with IPC 498A and 3&4 D.P.Act Please clarify

India has extradition Treaty with Australia since 1971. Yes this person in sydney can be extradited to India to face the prosecution but there is a procedure for that.
