Legal Question in International Law in India
H1 B contract
My H1 B employer wants to sign the legal contract when I reach US. But I want to do it in India before going to US. Is there a law which can make him sign the law in India?

It is matter of commercial decision, you can ask for the draft and realise its consequences after getting the same vetted through a lawyer, so that you can sign on dotted lines, when you reach USA.

You can ask for a draft or copy of the contract.

No, it depends upon the understanding between the parties.
Since I am US based and some of my clients are US companies, generally a H1B employer will make agreement valid under US law.
