Legal Question in International Law in India
I Have h4 visa valid till sep 2013, i left to India in feb 2012, my employer applied for H1 in april 2012, present its under intial review....Now i want to leave to US in june 1st week ..can I go on h4 ??? as there is COS ..will it affect my H1 approval?? what i need to do now?? as i want to avoid stamping

Who is on HI ,if you are on H 4 ? Which company is sponsoring you for H1(b) ? What stamping are you talking about ? i have few more question(s) to ask you before i give you my legal opinion on your work permit for USA. Please get back with your answers for the aforegoing queries.
