Legal Question in International Law in India
Hi,
If I start a social networking website in India and a user from London plans to sue me, in which court of law will I be held responsible? I do not plan to register the social networking website as a company.

It depends upon the terms and condition, mentioned by you in the site. If you have provide the jurisdiction for India only then he can sue you only in India, but if it is silent then he can sue you anywhere like in London also. Contact us for for further clerification or for the solution.
