my husband had extra narital relations with his brothers wife .When I asked him stop meeting her at my residence he threashed me and went out of the house to live in their house as his brother mother and sister have no objection to his deeds. H e had taken away my kids also but after some time he sent back the kids .

At that time he was not working and without informing me he left India and started living in USA.

For 8 months I could not find where he is .

And as I found out his where abouts I started calling so that I could get some maintainence. He always showed that he would come back and is interested in giving me ;money and It was on March 24th He sent me some money from there.

Later he paid me money for the month of april and may and now he has stopped paying me money .

When I call him to send money he does not attend to my calls .

After saying hello he he usually cuts down the phone.

Apart from that , He has started asking his son to abuse and thrash me who use to come regularly here every 3 months and do the same things of thrashing me and my daughter.

she has left the house and when we asked him to pay maintainence he say u can do nothing to get it.can u helps some way as he is in USA illegal
