shipping business law
i am a ship broker engaged in shipping business now i am selling a ship to a party and i want to safeguard my commission and the buyers should not overlope me, under this circumstance, what type of agreement i want to use and how should i use that, pls advice me

What happens if the seller by-passes you?
What I mean to say is that you should have, generally speaking, protected your interest by signing a commission agreement with Seller. If its already there, you dont need to sign any agreement with buyer.
Anyway, if you want to sign an agreement with buyer, you need a commission agreement with buyer.
