starting LPO in India

As an advocate having put in 30 years of practice, I would like to start a LPO in India. Kindly guide me with regard to the procedure adopted from A to Z. How to get clients?

As far as setting up of LPO is concerned, just search on google and you can get it.

But getting clients is the catch..... you can get clients the same way as you made local clients in India. I hope you got my point.

The big thing in LPO are confidentiality issues and US companies wont trust any new LPO unless and until your company has a branch in US.

Its a preety long procedure to start a LPO and to get clients is a marketing question.
