Legal Question in International Law in India
I suppose to buy a plot in ranchi (Jharkhand - India) but the person who is going to sale it has only the power of attorny for this land not registration of this land.
So should i buy this land or not??? if i buy this land what kind of legal problem could arise???

Contact a local lawyer and ask him to check the title of the seller and also whether the attorney has the real right to execute the sale deed.

it is always risky buying property from the attorney holder in case the executor of attorney is not traceable. you need to be cautious and it is advisable that you buy property from the person who holds the title of the property.
