Legal Question in International Law in India

I wrote earlier, but believe I was too general. Would it be possible to ask once again for a sample Limited Power of Attorney for the National Consumer panel to file a claim against a mover who destroyed my goods shipped from India to the US. My in-laws seem intent on having me sign a general POA and I am concerned that there are ulterior motives for such a general document. I greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

brother the format is not required in consumer matters. anyway you have to address the complaint to the commission and then mention all the facts one by one and in last mention your claim and the reasons for such claim

you can file suit at your own or can appoint your in-laws with a limited rights in POA. you can send your detail and we can prepare and send you the draft of POA. But we will charge nominal fee to prepare you POA with limited powers to handle only case or else.
