Legal Question in Investment Law in India
My wife and me have one plot each. We want to cell my wife's plot and construct a house on my plot with that money. Can the house be on my wife's name? Because we will be using her money.

No but you can gift or sell her your plot to make it on her name.

Yes you can have the house on her name or in the name of you both. You are free to sell or gift it to your wife.
