will/gift
My inlaws want to give a house to their daughter. Let us know which proceedure is beneficial & less cumbersome , making a will/ or giving it as gift? which have more tax applicable?

Making a Will may be easier and may not attract any tax liability. A gift deed may require registration and payment of stamp duty.
