Legal Question in Employment Law in India
2 days before I joined a private school in Bangalore as Maths teacher after 2 days I came to know that I am pregnent. I filled the bond also their for 1 year and submitted my original testimonials also their. I ask the principal about the maternity leave procedure then she said that that they will not give any maternity leave during bond period if I plan it in next year then they will give. And if during bond period I ask for leave I need to fill penalty that time. Is their action is legal if not what can I do.
