1. What are the indian labours laws related to National Holidays /Gudgted Holidays/ Restricted Holidays?
2. If any such holiday falls on sunday or weekly closing day then is there any provision in law for compensating that?
3. Does the labour laws are applicable for the IT compnies working in SEZ and STPILs
