Legal Question in Employment Law in India
1) I am working in education industry with MNC
2) I was appointed under the collabaoration of two MNC in contract for India
3) I am on the payroll of one of the company
4) The partner company is completely satisfy from my work
5) The India head of employer company is mentally harrasing and torturing
6) India Head had blamed for sharing my thoughts on FACE BOOK related to appraisal
7) I had not mentioned any one name in my statement or mentioned company name
8) My face book profile also does not disclose company name
9) Can India Manager blame me under cyber law and get me sacked from company ?
10) India Head is passing indirect remarks in the name of aapointment letter and playing dirty office politics with the help of junior staff...
Please consider my Problem urgent .....thx

sharing of personal opinion cannot be a ground for termination unless the language used was defamatory and making a direct allegation against the company you working for.
