Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am 46-year-old woman with two kids. I had been working in a private limited for 4 years but on July 26,2012, my employed made some derogatory remarks and I, feeling very bad, left the office. When I went there next day to continue my job, the manager informed me that I could not continue. They transferred my salary. On July 13, I asked for my pending dues. They asked me to resign. I replied that they terminated me, so they were supposed to issue me a termination letter along with either one month salary or one month notice and further that I would not resign. After two days they sent me a transfer letter, transferring me to their sales office in another city. My dues are still pending. Please suggest me my next course of action.
