Legal Question in Employment Law in India

In overall 23 years of service in a public limited MNC Co. I gradually promoted to first line manager post. Over last two years performance the Comapny has asked me to leave. The letter of promotion says that 3 months notice period from either side is required for termination of Job contract. I want to know at this age of >50years ,can I have the Indian law for my saving the job?

you are bound by the agreement of service unless the clause mentioned there is in contravention to any law.
