Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i am account assistant in small scale industries. many time i visit to our costumer factory for purpose of payment collection & sales tax matters in another state for 15 or more day in every two month later. that time i 24 hours under duty for our company & company paid me only 8 hours pay

can i file suit against company for that additional amount? & what compensation i will demand for this

I have following document for prove it.

1) Lodge original bill xerox

2)Train tickets xerox

3) company Vouchers
