Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I had an account in citi bank,
I had given a post dated cheque to my company in metal pressure. I have 4day before informed the employer not to submit the cheques. What action will be taken if a cheque bounces?

If ther cheque is bounced, the employer may file a complaint against you under Sec. 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
