Account settlement with previous employer

My previous employer is not paying my salary for last month and also not transfering my PF to my new company's PA account. Its been six months now. What can i do to get settle my account.

You may service a legal notice and consider filing a civil suit for recovery through your Advocate.

Approach the local PF office to resolve the issue of PF. However, for recovery of salary you can lodge a complaint with the labour court if you are eligible under the law or the civil court.
