can a accused in criminal case(498a and DP 3&4) whose is facing trial denied applying for govt.job or entry into govt.job ,under moral terpitude column mentioned in application for applying for govt. job

any accused facing trial is assumed innocent until proved guilty. So there is no bar in applying for the government job. Good Luck in your find.

in case the applicant is facing trial in a criminal case, he needs to mention the same when he applies for the government job. an offence u/s 498a involves moral turpitude. however, the courts may come to your rescue in case your candidature is cancelled due to this reason.
