Which act prevents Dual Employment as per Indian Labor Laws ?

Dual employment, if it is full time in nature, is generally barred by the terms and conditions of employment of the concerned employer. In case of government service, the service rules would contain specific provision. In case of private employment, the terms of appointment would contain the provision. In case of statutory positions the concerned statue provides for the same.
