Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hi my name is aditya
,was an employee in Genpact India. I have terminated because of saying "same goes with you" after customer used profanity.
Its a 3rd party collection call.
my question is legal team had terminated me and said ill get my salary up to the last day. what are the provision for salary.
i have heard that if company terminate any one they provide 1 month advance salary.
is it true?

Upon termination or resignation you are entitled to get back your due if there is any. I am not sure about the i month advance salary.
