Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I got an appointment letter and also joining letter from a company but now they are delaying the joining without any reason.All this letters I received are photocopies and was hand over to me by someone else who is also joining that company.He told me that we will get the original at the time of joining.Please suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please ensure that you receive the original appointment letter and joining letter from the HR Department of the Company directly, read all the terms and conditions of appointment, clarify whatever doubts you have with the HR, and only thereafter sign the duplicate with date of acceptance and return back to HR.
