Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My appointment was made in the govt. of delhi on contract basis for a period of 11 months which is extended without any break for three Years, at the time of appointment Recruitment rules were not framed in my institute. CAN I CLAIM FOR REGULARIZATION of my services.

Yes you could enforce your right of regularization.
