appointments

sir im the same guy who asked about the validity of appointment when there is no creation of post in procceding book.but u didnot tell anything about the validity of gov.absorbtion notification which included my name.cannot on on the basis of gov. notification i be treated as a regular n parmanent employee.sir this is not only my prob.about hundreds of employees are facing the fear of termination only because of non creation of post in procceding book by the governing body of college.please do reply

yes, you can be treated as a regular employee on the basis of Govt Notification. I had already recorded my opinion clarifying that the employees shall be treated as Govt employees if their names are included in the Govt Notification.
