Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I asked by the employer to sign NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). This NDA contains that I should work for two years from the date of joining, but up to me, NDA for not to be shared the company secrets to anyone. Could you please tell me are they can take any legal action if I leave the job in less than two years?
