Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I had asked the question regarding the gratuity and I got a reply that gratuity depends upon the rank of the employee and company rules.
How would I come to know about our company's own rules and regulations regarding the gratuity and which rank of the employee is eligible for gratuity?
