Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I belong to ST-women category for the job of AMVI in andhrapradesh . We, women are given special consideration of eligibility criteria compared to men,at the time of notification,in terms of type and duration of driving licence,height and chest measurements. Recently, we,(ST-women) have got some more exemptions compared to other women for this job,in terms of height and chest measurements... My question is.....under these circumstances, 1). Can I claim a seat in open category,mean....in common open pool for men&women, if I get that merit of marks??? (or) 2). Can I claim a seat in open women pool of seats????
