Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I belongs to Other Backward Class but I have no certificate and treated as general caste now.My question is if I get certificate of OBC after registering myself, is it compulsory to seek ever time reservation as OBC in Employment examination & in education or if I wish I can neglect in showing my certificate of OBC and show as general candidate? What should I do suggest me?

you need to approach the DC for obtaining the certificate.
