Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Bond Break

I had joined a software developing MNC in Noida and had signed a employeement agreement of 18 months on 100/- rupee stamp paper. Its mentioned in agreement that i had to work in this company for atleast 18 months and upon breach of such i had to pay one lakh rupees.

Sir now i had got an oppurtunity to work in a Indian PSU, which is very much suitable for me and my family, but the current employer is not ready to relieve me.

I am not in a condition to pay the bond amount.

Can you assist me here by advicing me how to tackle the situation.

Please help me here.

it would be unsafe passing any opinion without going through your bond agreement. you may send a copy of the same at [email protected] and you would be advised accordingly.
