bond breaking

my bond with a company is of three years for Rs 300000 .one year is completed in january.now i want to leave the company.without paying the sum.i am a girl.can i do it without any legal obligation.

You may not be able to avoid your legal obligation arising out of a validly executed contract.

In order to determine the validity or otherwise of your contract, you may better contact a local lawyer and show him the documents.

You may need to carefully scrutinize the agreement to find out consequences for breach of contract; and should be willing to meet your liability.
